The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Has Passed Away in a Los Angeles Traffic Collision
The co-creator of Call of Duty, who helped create the globally famous first-person shooter Call of Duty, has passed away in a traffic collision in the state of California he was 55 years old.
His passing was verified by Electronic Arts, the parent company of Respawn Entertainment, a game studio which he helped establish.
The celebrated video game developer died after his vehicle was involved in a crash and caught fire on a motorway in the Los Angeles area on this past Sunday, US media outlets report.
"This represents a devastating loss, and our deepest sympathies go to Vince's loved ones, his loved ones, and everyone impacted by his creative vision," a spokesperson for Electronic Arts said.
